UNISON is one of the UK’s largest trade unions, serving more than 1.3 million members. We represent full-time and part-time staff who provide public services, although they may be employed in both the public and private sectors.
Deaf members are a vital part of our union.
We aim to organise and reflect the issues faced by Deaf people in their workplace and at home. We represent Deaf members, advise the UNISON Disabled committee on cultural and linguistic issues and help to formulate the union’s policy for Deaf in UNISON.
This site offers the latest news, views and information from UNISON for people providing public services.
